Reporting to the Managing Director, we are seeking a dynamic, energetic, proactive, highly detailed, organised Personal Assistant to support the MD and EXCO Team in achieving their strategic and operational goals. The ideal candidate should be service orientated with impeccable communication skills whilst maintaining high levels of confidentiality and maturity.

Key performance Areas:

The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to the following duties:

Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external parties.

Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Draft communication including but not limited to emails and letters as required.

Screen and prioritise emails, phone calls and visitors, handling them in a professional and efficient manner.

Support with the coordination of diaries and email management.

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.

Organising and coordinating company events, meetings, and special projects.

Grower communication; act as liaison between growers and the MD.

Coordination of travel arrangements and itineraries for EXCO members and other stakeholders.

Execution and full support of general office administration.

Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the Managing Director.

Requirements of the Role:

The successful candidate must have the following knowledge, skills, experience, and personal attributes:

Qualification

Matric

Diploma in Office Administration or Management Assistant (advantageous)

Knowledge and Experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, at least 10 years’ supporting senior executives.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R33,200.00 - R37,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Villiersdorp, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Certificate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Personal Assistant to Executive Committee: 10 years (Preferred)
