Position: Personal Shopper
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + commissions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the go-to fashion guru for clients associated with a renowned brand in the luxury fashion industry
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients in their clothing choices, ensuring they stay on top of the latest trends and styles
- Conduct regular virtual and in-store appointments, creating a personalized and immersive shopping experience for clients
- Drive sales by effectively showcasing the brand's products and assisting clients in making informed purchase decisions
- Attend high-end fashion events, fostering brand presence and staying updated on industry trends
- Nurture existing clients and proactively reach out to those who have stopped shopping, rekindling their interest and re-engaging them with the brand
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Exceed individual sales targets by leveraging your expertise to make personalized product recommendations tailored to each client's unique preferences
- Utilize your understanding of client preferences, gained through qualitative client profiling, to deliver exceptional and sophisticated service.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English
- 3+ years of personal shopper experience in Luxury retail as well as distance selling
- A record of accomplishment of being a top performer
- Business acumen and understanding of client development
- Ease of communication with VIPs and HNWI (high net worth individuals) – both verbally and written
- Passion for styling
- Understanding of and ability to interpret analytics into recommendations
- Autonomous with a solution driven mindset
- Ability to work shift rotation (Monday to Sunday, 08 AM – 08 PM)
- Able to travel when necessary.
