We are looking for a Blockchain & WEB 3.0 Security R&D Leader to join Check Point. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the technological success and innovation of a new product line that will revolutionize the way we secure Blockchain & WEB 3.0 products and services.
As the R&D Leader, you will spearhead the research and development efforts, working in close collaboration with the CTO, business development, product management, and other teams at Check Point.
Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Research Innovation: Lead the exploration and development of cutting-edge Web3 security technologies, methods, and tools.
- Technical Leadership: Strategic understanding of emerging Web3 and cybersecurity technologies
- Team Management and Development: Manage, and mentor a high-performing development team
- Contribution to Standards and Guidelines: Participate in industry working groups and forums to help shape standards and best practices in the field of Web3 security.
Your Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge: Proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks, Strong understanding and experience with backend technologies, including server-side scripting languages (e.g., Node.js, Python).
- Blockchain Expertise: Hands-on experience with blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum). Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Solidity).
- Education and Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proven 2+ years of experience in blockchain research and development.
- Leadership Skills: Previous experience leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Background: Background in cyber security, and In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized systems (advantage).
