Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate sales through undertaking site surveys and providing technical advice to both existing and potential customers.
- Support sales through the effective provision of sales data, including the weekly recording of visit and action reports. Follow up on all sales-leads, distributor performance and offers.
- Develop sales with hands-on demonstrations, trade shows and roadshow (demoVan) events in order to achieve targets.
- Maintain the relations with existing local dealers & end-users in the targeted segments.
- Train the sales stuff in distributors as well as end-user customers.
- Use customer and prospect contact activities, tools and systems and update relevant information related to these systems.
- Visiting key account customers like construction companies, municipalities, contractors, oil & gas and mining companies.
- Classify the product range according to related potential customers & distributors.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
- Preferably an engineering degree (mechanical or civil engineering)
- Minimum three years proven capability of managing accounts/agents and track record for sales in one of following sectors; plumbing, HVAC, construction, oil & gas, infrastructure.
- Technical understanding of machines, new technologies and tools.
- Competent and confident; ability to adapt to company culture in order to achieve results and maintain effectiveness & efficiency.
- Self-starter, sales driven result-oriented with a positive approach and a clear focus on high quality sales, customer satisfaction & loyalty
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and fluent in German, English and computer literacy
- Hands-on demonstration skills
- Reliable, tolerant and determined
- Good presentation skill and capable of establishing good relations with customers in different levels
- Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability
- Willing to work from home office
- Willing to travel in Austria and periodically to other European countries
