El ingeniero de soporte en primera instancia atiende los reportes de usuarios que trabajan con equipo de Cómputo/Telefonia dentro de la operaciónón diaria de la cuenta HSBC; toma y mantiene actualizado el inventario general de equipo de cómputo y de comunicaciones; atiende reportes de cajeros automáticos en lo que respecta a Temas de Telecomunicaciones y participen ejecución de los proyectos informáticos asignados a su plaza.
Escolaridad
Ingeniero en sistemas computacionales (Titulado no necesario/carrera trunca ,) Técnico en sistemas computacionales (carrera terminada)
Habilidades
- Conocimiento avanzado de Windows 10
- Conocimiento de office 2016
- Conocimiento básico de redes
- Conocimiento básico de configuración de enrutadores
- Mantenimiento y compostura de equipo de cómputo
