We are looking for someone to join our Arrears team. You will have previous arrears experience or come from a finance/accounting background looking to specialise. Study support is available for the AAT qualification.
You will have strong verbal communication skills as you will be speaking to internal and external stakeholders to gather information and offer exceptional customer service.

What will you do:
- Calculating arrears of contributions
- Calculating refunds
- Calculating interfund adjustments
- Calculating emoluments
Key Tasks
- Support the team on complex casework, high value cases and complaints, if applicable.
- Support immediate team and wider team or business areas with detailed reconciliation and remediation work.
- Be available to answer stakeholder queries within the agreed SLA targets across mulitiple communication channels, if applicable.
- Create and maintain consistent and accurate scheme records and events.
- Participate in and promote good team communication and share knowledge and expertise with other team members.
- Consider and review the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems, processes, and controls and make suggestions to continually enhance service delivery.
- Understand, build, maintain and enhance stakeholder and/or client relationships
What are we looking for:
Essential:
- Accuracy, attention to detail and quality management
- Verbal/written communication
- Finance administration experience
Desirable:
- Knowledge of DB and/or DC pension schemes
- Experience working in an arears team
- AAT Foundation Certificate or Equivalent
- Be studying for or willingness to study for an Accounting Qualification
