The post will provide opportunities for developing skills in psychology assessment and intervention, in addition to providing support for service development initiatives relevant to psychology services for older people and the work of the multi-disciplinary Frailty Community of Practice. Current initiative includes development of services for people with dementia and challenging behaviour; dementia awareness and training for staff and carers; dementia friendly environments; and working towards age equity in psychology services. Due to the high volume of applications, the position may be closed early. It may not be possible to provide feedback for individual application or arrange site visits.
