Job Purpose: Key Tasks and Responsibilities • Using company systems • Inbound and outbound Stock control and Administration • Creating outbound Pick Lists • Communicating with clients • General warehouse/stores functions • Work cohesively with warehouse team to ensure consistent on-time receipt & dispatch of products • Customer service, dealing with queries and issues, communicating with the customer in a professional manor. Warehouse experience preferred • Good telephone manner and customer service skills are essential • Attention to detail • Friendly, calm and professional manner • Ability to handle pressure and good time-management • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team • Enthusiasm and self-motivated
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
