The Receptionist, reporting to the Office Manager will bring exceptional, dynamic, and service-driven energy to our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering client calls, directing them to the correct individual, and organizing/distributing couriers and mail. The receptionist will also be responsible for other insurance related administrative tasks and providing support to the management team.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Field Incoming calls and distributing calls to broker and broker partner
- Check and distribute voicemails to brokers
- Sort, review, and distribute incoming couriers and mail according to specified procedures
- Retrieving EDocs and moving over to Pathway folder
- Main and upkeep an internal phone number and extensions list on a regular basis
- Regular maintenance and updates to Broker Management System (IE pathway support)
- Input claim notices in PowerBroker
- Administrative duties to support ThinkInsure management team
- Other clerical duties on an adhoc basis
- Minimum of 2 years of office administration
- Strong customer service, organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
- Accustomed to a fast-paced working environment.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is preferred.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and able to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
