The successful candidate will be responsible for the growth & development of the fastest-growing luxury haircare love brand through launches and catalog activation with end-to-end 360˚execution in all the channels.
Your responsibilities:
- Yearly Category activation plan to deliver category KPIs (Category turnover, Distribution, Penetration, In Salon Market Share, E-commerce share, Sell-out targets, Service penetration)
- Full ownership and drive on launches and category top-opportunities and activation initiatives in all channels Delivered on time, in good quality, in line with brand image, measured through brand KPIS (turnover, distribution, sell-out targets) and supportive KPIs (on-time POS readiness, animation set-up on time, forecast accuracy)
- Responsibility for building and executing full O+O and consumer journey in cooperation with Education manager and Media manager
- Operational and execution excellence of initiatives in all channels and through all touchpoints
- Market, Customer, and Consumer understanding relating to the category
- Planning & follow-up of the marketing budget allocated for the category and its initiatives

Qualifications:- Experience in operational marketing, launch planning, and execution, or organization experience with tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills (incl confidence use of Excel) and ability to define action plans based on analysis
- Project leading experience with good time management & organizational skills and a sense of details
- Experience in collaborative work; ability to form strong relationships with various stakeholders
- Rigor in the following budget and focus on delivering results
- Good presentation skills and engaging audiences (negotiation skills is a big plus!)
- Obsessed with understanding consumers, customers, and curiosity towards the hairdressing / professional beauty market. The capacity of understanding different channels, and adapt strategy to different channel needs (e-retail, premium retail, hairdressing salons)
- Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak or Hungarian
