We are a team-focused group, and the dispatcher is a crucial role! Our hybrid model allows you to work some shifts from home and others from our comfortable, laid-back office. You would be:
- Open/ Close the Office Each Night (Temporarily, all shifts are remote)
- Answer Phones, Monitor Emails, Dashboards and Our Messaging Platform
- Coordinate and Track Teams of Drivers
- Provide Quotes and Take Service Requests
- HR Assistance - Remotely Conducting Driver Interviews
- Filling Out Reports and Doing Basic Data Entry
Requirements
- Working knowledge of how to get around the city.
- Be comfortable using email and messaging programs.
- You will need a smartphone with data.
- Access to your own computer or tablet (with keyboard).
- You must be comfortable talking on the phone several times throughout your shift.
- Speak English fluently (bilingualism is an asset but not required).
- Having your own means of transportation is an asset (but not required for dispatchers). You will need to get yourself to and from our office, and there is limited bus service at the time your shifts finish.

Interviews are conducted via Zoom, and successful candidates are trained remotely.

Part-time hours: 18- 32 per week
Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
