You are looking for a job:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will learn all the basics of giving the best service to our customers and how to make them feel welcome and inspired. You will:
- Answer calls, emails, and chats to assist our customers whenever they want information about their online orders, our web shop, our stores, or our products.
- Adapt your tone of voice based on our brand identity and the customer you are speaking with.
- Report our customers’ feedback to the relevant department because as a Customer Service Agent, you are the voice of our customers & thanks to you, we can make constant improvement.
What do we offer:
- 28-35 hours per week, flexible between Monday and Sunday.
- Depending on your choice of hours, your gross monthly salary will be based on the full-time salary from €1850, - with a willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and experience.
- A meal allowance if you work from our office during closing shifts.
- A travel allowance based on where you commute from (round trip) for all shifts worked from our office.
