The purpose of the role is to provide support to revenue management team. This is a key position for the development of our business. The agent support analyst will be focusing on the followings:

As an Agent support Analyst you will be directly reporting to our Revenue Manager.
Responsibilities
Revenue Management
Control of revenue KPIs
Supporting sales and finance teams by providing analytical reporting and sales forecast
Analyze trends/changes to transaction levels
Develop strategies and execute action plans that will help the company increase transactions and maximize revenue.
Conduct market analysis weekly that include competitor pricing and rates
Monitor gross profit per transaction (GPT) analysis in accordance with the information available for each Agent (fees, competition, bonuses, commissions, etc.)
Negotiate transaction volume, commissions, FX rate and customer fees to increase transactions and maximize revenue
Build strong relationships by maintaining continual communication and visiting Agents to sustain long-term business partnerships
Monitor and recommend exchange rate adjustments as requested by the Agent
New accounts
Daily communication with our sales representatives
Continuous checking of incoming documents for completeness/correctness
Reminder of missing documents
Entry of data into Ria's CRM
Updating of documents
Regular creation of statistics and reports
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a financial services company
- Languages: German, English, French as an asset
- Multitasking skills : management of priorities, planification, etc.
- Analytical mind
- Stress resilient
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Good communication skills
